Captain Dan Stauffer, affectionately known throughout the local fishing community as “Danny”, grew up fishing the waters off Ocean City MD, Palm Beach & Marathon FL. Captain Dan has been running his own boats off Ocean City, MD since the early 80′s and fished these waters as a youngster years before that. Charter fishing is a full time business for the Fin Chaser. If we don’t produce fish, we go hungry. Being on the water daily provides valuable insight for up-coming trips, you just can’t get this if your boats sitting at dock. We work hard to keep all the information on our website current and we don’t “cherry pick” our reports. We post EVERYTHING! Not just the good days, but the good, the bad, and the ugly. Our pictures are always tagged with a date so you know you’re not looking at something caught years ago.
