Q. How and when do I pay for
my golf package?
A. Outside
of 60 days of travel we require
a $200 per person deposit. Final
payment is due 30 days prior
to the date of travel, in the
form of a check, money order,
or credit card. Please enclose
the signed confirmation, signed
air confirmation form (if applicable),
and final payment form with
your payment.
Q.
What if I have to cancel?
A. You can
cancel up to 30 days prior to
departure with no charge. Within
30 – 15 days of departure
$100 dollars per person will
not be refunded. Within 15 days
of departure no refund will
be issued.

I need to change our tee time,
should I call the golf course
directly?
A. No, if you
need to make any changes during
your trip please call 1-877-734-7894
and we will be happy to help
you.
Q.
I've never been to Ocean City
before and don't know which
courses to play. Can you recommend
courses and lodging to play
that best fits our needs?
A. Absolutely!
We specialize in customizing
the golf package of your dreams.
Whatever your skill level we
can provide you with a golf
package that you feel comfortable
with.
Q. What if one of my
group members can't come at
the last minute?
A. If a group
member cancels within 15 days
of travel their trip will not
be refunded. Please call us
at 1-877-734-7894 to let us
know that your group number
will not be joining you on your
trip. In case of an emergency,
due to illness or family loss,
we will contact the golf courses
to find out if any type of refund
can be given. If so, we will
let the customer know. There
are no guarantees however.
Q.
What happens if it rains during
my trip?
A. Unless a
golf course closes, your tee
time is to be honored! If the
course closes due to weather
conditions, please have a golf
professional sign the voucher
and return it for a refund.
Your refund will be processed
within 4 to 6 weeks.
Q.
Our spouses don't play golf.
How much would it cost for them
to join us for the trip?
A. The only
cost associated with non-golfers
is the cost of the hotel room
each night.

Where are the hotels located?
A. They are
located throughout the island
within a 10-20 minute drive
from all courses. When you receive
your voucher packet in the mail,
an area map including directions
to each hotel will be included.

I am traveling with friends;
can we each pay separately for
our trip?
A. Yes. The
group leader will receive the
price per person for the trip,
and each golfer can pay separately.

Do you handle airfare?
A. Yes, we
can customize your golf package
to include airfare. Please call
us and let us know what airport
you are flying out of, your
preferred arrival and departure
times, and your preferred method
of travel.

Do the prices on your golf packages
include breakfast?
A. If the hotel
you are staying at offers breakfast,
than the price is included in
the package.
Q. Do the courses have
dress codes?
A. Dress codes
are usually strictly enforced.
Collared shirts and golf shoes
with soft spikes are typically
a minimum standard. Jeans are
not permitted.
Q. Are shorts permitted?
A. Shorts are
permitted as long as they are
not jean material. Courses generally
require a khaki type material
short.
