Have you ever wanted to own your own vacation spot? Join the co-op ownership at Island Resort, where you can purchase your own lot for RV camping. Occupancy is from April 1st through November 30th of each year.

Worcester County requires that the park is closed from December 1st through March 31st. However, you may visit your RV for inspection and/or repair and improvements, but you cannot occupy the dwelling from December 1st through March 31st.
