Advertising is reserved for tourism-related
businesses located Southern Delaware or
Ocean City, MD. We reserve the right not
to accept ads from or for anyone or anything
we, in our sole judgement, feel to be inappropriate
for the website.
1. Specifications for Banners
We design static banner ads to place on
our site. Advertising banners can be created
by the advertiser. Image Format: GIF or
JPEG; no more then 20k in size; Finished
banners are subject to approval by Coastline
Studio, LLC for content, appearance, and
technical quality.
2. Payment Terms
Advertisers will be billed at the beginning
of the month for each scheduled advertising
month. Payment is due within 30 days of
receipt.
3. Position
We do not guarantee specific positioning
of any advertisement within our site. All
positions are sold on a first come/first
served basis.
4. Termination, Cancellation
Coastline Studio, LLC reserves the right
to revise or reject any advertising we believe
to be false, misleading, objectionable,
and/or is not in keeping with our website
standards. Except as otherwise provided,
this advertising agreement is non-cancelable
by Advertiser and no payments are refundable.
Coastline Studio reserves the right to discontinue
advertisements.
5. No Assignment or Resale of Ad
Space
The Advertiser may not resell, assign or
transfer any of its rights hereunder, and
any attempt to resell, assign or transfer
such rights will entitle Coastline Studio
to terminate this contract immediately,
without liability on the part of Coastline
Studio, LLC.
6. General
Coastline Studio, LLC makes no representations
as to the accuracy of the content of advertiser’s
material.
7. No Guarantee
Coastline Studio, LLC makes no guarantee
regarding the level of impressions of or
clicks on any ad, the timing of delivery
of such impressions and/or clicks, or the
amount of any payment to be made to You
under this Agreement.
