Surf-Fishing
in Ocean City
Surf fishing is permitted in Ocean
City but you must be at least fifty (50) yards
from anyone on the beach or swimmers between the
hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Surf-fishing is permitted
on Assateague Island except on guarded beaches
and surfing zones. For more information on Assateague
